Hey guys, there was an article or a post a good while back that discussed with say a SQ/BP/WPU on days 1 and 3 of operator, then DL/OHP on day 5.
Does anyone know where I could find the post or article? I’ve had someone ask about it on the reddit and I can’t seem to find the right post.

I've actually ran that for 6 weeks in 2019.
Press 193 | 192
Squat 357 | 426
Deadlift 423 | 496
Bench 255 | 274
Chin Ups BW+120 | BW+126
BW 213 | 213
Press x1, Squat 3x, DL 1x (singles only), Bench 2x, Chins 3x
It had a huge effect on my SQ/BP/DL, but very minimal on the chins and press.
