Fighter Template:
4 x 5 of Squats, Bench, WPUs if I feel fresh I hit Deads for 4 sets if I feel a little lagged I’ll just do the 1 work set
Anyway deadlifts, WPUs & BP are going absolutely great however……
Squats at weight I’ve used before in 531 and testing. It feels like I’m squatting with an extra plate each side
Has anyone else struggled during base with squats?
Is it worth dropping my TM?
Or
Is it the fact I’m running again and the mileage is just going to take a bit of getting use to?
