Just one...I'd have to go with knees-2-elbows. More than one I'd add Jandas and rollouts.

So far we have....
  1. Ab wheel roll outs
  2. Toes to bar
  3. Dragon flag
  4. Squats
  5. Plank & shank
  6. One-arm overhead carries
  7. Loaded carries / farmers walks
  8. Windshield wipers
  9. Turkish get-up to windmill combo
I'm gonna add loaded carries / farmers walks simply because these are the ones that also hit my obliques more than the other exercises listed above. Doing it unilaterally hits the opposite obliques even more clearly.

I'm surprised there's no love for Windshield Wipers :(

Also... why has no one brought out the Pavelizer?

Add the Turkish get-up to windmill combo and you've got a solid collection right there.

I used the Pavelizer a few years ago on and off. One of my co-workers kept his at our work gym. Believe it or not it's actually very effective at isolating the abs and doing a proper Janda without having to resort to bands or having a partner hold your legs off the ground. Didn't need to go high rep either because of all the tension. 3-5 reps x 3-5 sets and I managed to maintain a pretty high sit-up count for PFT.

My question to you is "what are your objectives for working on your abs?"

The answer to that will inform 90% of the answer to your question.
