Welcome to the site! High rep squats are hard for me as well, what I do to help it is focus on my breathing during the squat. It helps to lessen the suck in my mind. Oh and thanks for putting the temp in Fahrenheit for us Americans.Dave1 wrote:W2D6

- 20kg barbell backsquat
- 20kg barbell RDL
- sit-ups
Rest interval 2mins throughout.
Just did reps at 15s since 20s kicked my ass last time. Got through this quite unscathed - lungs get going after high rep squats though despite being light.
Missed a couple of sessions this week so will try to get out tomorrow on rest day to make it up.
