2nd week so bumped the reps up

3 x 20 of:
- 20kg barbell overhead press
- 20kg barbell bent over row
- 20kg barbell backsquat
- 20kg barbell RDL
- sit-ups

Rest interval 2:00 throughout.

Out of the 3 rounds, i only got 1.5 rounds through, as after the 2nd lot of squats i started exertion vomiting. Had a cold shower to clean up then called it a day after that. Maybe I'll try 15 reps per exercise next session .

Weighed myself this morning, lost half a pound on same time last week. At 102.1 kg now.

32min lss jog on pavement around the block. Was some uphill sections which were harder but I'm happy my jogs have got longer in duration and with much less walking sections.

Edit - mapped it on google maps afterwards, was 3.35 km

3 x 15 of:
- 20kg barbell overhead press
- 20kg barbell bent over row
- 20kg barbell backsquat
- 20kg barbell RDL
- sit-ups

Rest interval 2mins throughout.

Just did reps at 15s since 20s kicked my ass last time. Got through this quite unscathed - lungs get going after high rep squats though despite being light.

Missed a couple of sessions this week so will try to get out tomorrow on rest day to make it up.

Welcome to the site! High rep squats are hard for me as well, what I do to help it is focus on my breathing during the squat. It helps to lessen the suck in my mind. Oh and thanks for putting the temp in Fahrenheit for us Americans.
