Sunday 7/10
Took the 40kg bell to the parking garage and did the following on the ramp. It was fun!

Did ME1 x10 but with 2 minutes of rest each round (or, Apex Hills with extra swings, whichever). Then transitioned into 10 rounds of Short Hills.

Apex "Hills" x15

It's "Hills" and not Hills because I did it on the ramp in the parking garage rather than on a proper hill. Used the 48kg bell and took 1 min rests. Honestly the minute was probably slightly too long but if I hadn't taken one at all it would have been very, very rough.

The deadlifting took about 6 minutes start to finish (and I wasn't particularly fatigued at the end), which I was pretty happy with.

Looks like you've adapted to the Bulgarian cluster. Impressive weights for all that.

Thanks! Once my legs and butt got used to the extra squatting, it became very manageable. I'm sure I'll re-up for the next block.
