Been really tired this last week or so. Combination of training and house renovation is probably a bit too much.
Decided to test my exercises to see if there was any progress.
Dips had improved from Max of 7 to 10 which was a great result.
Pull ups not as much, improving from a max of 4 to 5 reps.
Good to see TB working.

Re: Billy Bob the Dog's Training Log
Finally returning to TB forum. I have trained reasonably consistently since I was last on here but recent focus has been on running.. But my circumstances have changed dramatically.I have moved to Spain and bought a fixer upper house with a large area of land in the Spanish countryside.. I have also bought a slightly crazy dog that requires a lot of walking. This means that I am doing a lot of low level activity.
I have restarted playing sports with a weekly 2 hour badminton session and a sunday 90 minute football session. As I understand it that also counts as E.
With this in mind I need to focus on maintaining/ building sufficient strength for maintaining the house and land.
Although not ideal Fighter Green seems to be the way going forward. 2 strength sessions per week and an occasional HIC.
I have not used the kettlebells/ trained strength in a while so I'm just going to do Dan Johns Single arm ABC to get my body used to some strength work. Then follow up with more typical TB strength protocols.
2 hour badminton
2 hour hiking
