Rest Day
Note: mobility and Pliability today. Definitely need to manage the conditioning load better. Stayed too long trying a certain trick on Wednesday, plus I should have taken a rest day after while being in week 3, as the bike erg after skating set off a little bit of my plantar issue, but at least I’m able to pick up on it early enough to ease off. I also noticed this the week before doing Airbike boo2 after skating. Just need to play things smarter. Otherwise this has been a good block. One more MS session left and a conditioning session to go.

Note: the TBDL helped with the foot issue a lot, which kind of confirmed a thought I’ve had recently about the lack of posterior chain work. Next block I will keep these in rotation. The Nordic bench is great too, especially since it locks off on the bottom of the calf as opposed to my heels with my DIY GHR device. Everything felt great, last MS session of the block.
