Week 2. Used a workout from the CF world "Cindy" for one of the HIC workouts and speed-endurance ladders right out of the TB conditioning book for the other. Also I'm back home so was able to hit a BJJ rolling session, considered that another HIC. Didn't hit an E session due to needing an extra day of recovery due to jet lag and transitioning back into a routine. Reps on strength felt good. Dropping back down to 3 working sets for each lift due to intensity of BJJ. For S&S I'm using 20kg for the warmup routine. 24kg for TGU and 32kg for swings
