Day 30-32
Again, opted to rest/recover. Cant afford a bum knee come pack test time. May try for 3 x 50 tomorrow or possibly some time on tue stationary bike.

Day 33
1.5 x 50
Not sure if I mentioned it earlier, but I did away with all lower body lifts in my cluster while my knees healed. I was going for 2 rounds, but time constraints!

Day 47
20 minutes HIIT on stationary bike. 30 seconds sprint, 1 minutes LSS pace.
Ended up having to pack test today. I finished before the timer reached the finish line, so no time. It was probably somewhere around my previous years time. I didn't start out as strong, or confident with my knees still on the mend. Surprisingly, they felt better afterwards.

Day 48
Recovery
I'd like to point out that I strained my back while moving very large boxes of toilet paper, so I ended up redoing the week, starting with day 46.
My second day 47 consisted of 20 minutes yoga.

Day 49
Max Strength
5 x 5 Bench Press 135 lbs
5 x 4 Pull ups Bodyweight
I'm surprised at how heavy the weight feels. Guess it'll just take a little time to reintroduce my body to heavier lifting. I plan to go slow, and err on the side of too light.

Day 51
In lieu of E x 30-60 minutes, I did a Fast 5.
Actually, the distance was more like 3.2 miles. Course included two what I would call notable hills. Time: 23:01 minutes.
I'm somewhat proud of myself, but seeing as how distance running is sort of a strength for me, it doesn't feel like the same kind of accomplishment as increasing my 3 rep max on bench press, or doing 10 perfect bodyweight pull ups. Still, gotta take the victories when you can get em, eh?
