90 mins
Today I was less focussed on zone 2 and the jog averaged 128 bpm with no walking.
Maybe doing back to back 90 min jogs upped the fatigue today, but it did not feel so great. Anyway, at least I am sticking to the durations prescribed.

Bench was a bit of a flop but at least I made all the reps on the pull ups, unlike the Monday session.
I felt pretty drained today, back to back 90 min runs are a novelty for me. And even longer to come over the next two days.

2 hours run, some walk. 126 bpm avg
Clocked just over 10.2 k. How this ever becomes 10 k under an hour remains to be seen, but take it one at a time. At least I can do a 2 hr session so I should at least be able to complete the programme until remedial, which I will surely need.
Ever more apparent a big issue is bodyweight, so doing this on a cut. 24 hour fast today and tomorrow.

I felt I was working within my limits today, not all out straining, which is good.
