Note: worked on sinking back with the hips a little more on the swings, for some reason this has taken a bit to learn when compared to 2 hand swings where I can really load up the hamstrings. Did a little more practice at the end of the session. Should have it dialed in soon, which I’m sure my hips will thank me for in the very near future.

Note: hinge was much better, definitely had more hamstring involvement, still need to play chicken with the bell just a bit more before initiating the hinge but otherwise, that extra bit of hinge definitely made the swing feel much more powerful. TGU felt great today as well. Good session.

Note: alternated exercises every so often, it was basically Airbike 15 minutes, jump rope 5 minutes, reflex ball 5 minutes x2 then 15 minutes back on the bike. Felt great afterwards.

Note: Tested out the 36kg bell today, I’ve definitely got the strength to shift it for sets of 10+ but I decided to break it up into sets of five. Started using a cue this morning to time when to hinge, by counting 1-100 when the bell is on its way down seems to work pretty well. Good session this morning.
