Notes
Fun variation! But damn, running on a treadmill is probably the most boring thing to do! Felt stiff from Mondays strength sessions so did some corrective get-ups. Works every time!

First time doing rows as a stand alone E session. A great alternative when running is not possible! Did a couple of get-ups at the end for corrections.

Notes
After some consultation with a friend I´ve decided to run Greyskull LP o milk my linear progression. Will do this 3 times a week and use Black protocol for cardio!

Well, its a coin toss I guess. Right now I feel that my layoff has pushed me back to beginner level strength. A few years back while doing powerlifting I used GSLP to get back if I had a set back from being sick etc to get back, and it always worked well for me. Other than that, I really love the AMRAPS as well as the GSLP-resets 8-)
