The walking becomes addictive doesn't it?

I really like to include it these days anytime I do a long run and have time. A good 30 min walk back just helps reset everything. It's also a great warm up.

Oh… yes.. It’s amazing. And i think it is as much beneficial as long steady BB runs..

GM is one of the best templates I have done so far.. I really like it.. And no worries about amraps and peaking. I think I will stick with it for a while plus some KB/DB/BW specificity blocks in between. And I also hope to switch to CAT after that..

How about you?

I’m enjoying it a lot. I like not having to peak or amrap as well, I mean I can always test in between blocks but it’s not something I’m too fussed about.
I’m just deciding whether to run GM for 6 weeks, since I’ve just finished 3 now, I probably will do the 6.
I’m going to run Specificity Alpha, but I may have a slight boxing training bias with it.
Overall I’ve felt really good while on it. I’m keen to see how CAT turns out, I’m more so looking forward to TB evolution, though I think that won’t be out until next year if I had to guess.

Oh.. evolution, right… That be awesome. But even CAT seems to be year long flexible programming..
