Bark, nice to see you still at it. Even though I haven't posted lately, I still workout 5 days/week. Life happened earlier this year and I lost my home gym and have been reduced to a single 20kg kettlebell. So my workouts have mostly consisted of kettlebell complexes focusing on density and accumulation sets rather than max strength work. I hope to get back to TB soon. Anyway, just checking in.

Great to see you, mate.. I know.. Last year was crazy in a way.. I can see myself training without hime gym in near future too.. that’s when I start to appreciate Ross even more. He made it real to train without anything..
Covid has knocked me out hard. Just trying to get back to some training.
