Weighed in at 90.1kg this morning. I'll be ending my diet/cut this week. I'm not as lean as I thought I would be/look so I'll probably go on another one within some weeks/months

Spent some more thought on this. It would be a waste stopping the cut now. My lifts have already taken a serious hit and I've invested some time into it. Gaining weight and then try and lose it again within a few weeks would be dumb.

I will probably take it easier (diet wise) for a few days in the short future

I think I was still feeling the effects of the ghr/nordic curls I did on monday
