A classic boxing heavy bag workout
3 minutes on, 1 minute rest, for 5 rounds
rested for 5 minutes then hit another 2 rounds
Focused on firing off one combo per round as many times as i could. Going for high punch volume, not focusing so much on footwork.

Grip training

Didnt have my fat gripz today but my gym has a really fat pullup bar so i did deadhangs off of that.

Starting Operator+Black continuation

Operator Week 1 Day 1
Bench press: 5x5 @ 70% with 135 lb
Squat: 3x5 @ 70% with 195 lb
WPU: 5x5 @ bodyweight

Hanging leg raises: 15 total reps (lol)

20 minutes of wrestling (my first time trying grappling)

Took a break for 2 hours

Neck training

Lying head turns: 3 minutes on, 1 minute rest, 2 min 30 seconds on, 1 minute rest, 30 seconds on
Modified neck bridge hold: 1 minute on, 1 minute rest, 30 seconds on

Lost grip on my first set of pullups but jumped back up immediately after. Forearms are sore today. Didnt lose grip on other sets.

Also just realized on my last workout i was squatting 185 instead of 195 woops. 195 on squats felt good.

Did a sprint session at the soccer field.
Sprinted the length, jogged the width.
Did 4 total sprints, so going around the field twice.
