Ab fallouts - I'll do at least 5 sets of 10 spread throughout the day, maybe more.
This is the first day of a new Op I/A cycle. Some may have seen my post on weightlifting shoes / knee pain. Since working more on foam rolling and stretching, my knee has felt really good. I've just got to maintain that and not get sloppy with my agility work.

Today - HIC #18. Bloody Lungs I - In the past, I have felt the plank push-ups in this one. However, recently I have changed what I do for core work to where 2 days/week I do a minimum of 5 sets of 10 reps of ab fallouts throughout the day (GTG style). If I finish those five sets and have more time in the day to spread out a few more sets and if I feel like it, I'll do so. Today, during plank push-ups, my core felt very solid. I'll keep ab fallouts in the rotation for awhile and see how it goes.

The bodyweight stuff (burpees, plank push-ups, etc.) has never bothered me for my max strength training, but I'm wondering if I might be able to get to 100 KB swings easier without the extra work.

Fun Run/Fobbit Intervals - 8 rounds of every 6 minutes 3 reps of DB OHP @ 15.5 kg and 3 reps of 1-arm DB rows @ 21.5 kg.
