I hope all is going great on your end Bark!
So you not??? Horrible, horrible!!

Doing well. Really enjoying Dan John’s wisdom with building armor complex. Changed it a bit to accommodate unilateral movements. How’s things on your end?
Not just yet haha! Probably around May/June I will do my mid year, as I finished my last BB in Jan.

I’ve heard of the armor complex, I watch Dan johns YouTube podcast every now and again. It’s pretty good.

I’m all good, a bit of a lingering cold atm but otherwise going well. BSSQ is a welcome change for the block I’m currently on. Weather is starting to cool a little over here which is nice as well. Great weather for conditioning that’s for sure. Autumn is definitely the best season over here.

You would not regret the move that’s for sure, though weather varies a little depending on the state or territory, if I had the choice I’d move to the Northern Territory permanently (Darwin to be exact) but I love the heat, and the dry season is the absolute best weather you can get anywhere (in my heavily biased opinion)
