I dropped deads from my cluster, now it's just pull-ups, OHP, squat.

3 sets x 5reps x BW

OHP
3 sets x 5 reps x 125 lbs

Squat
3 sets x 5 reps x 210 lbs

Mind me asking why you dropped deads? I'm curious because lately I've started to thing I'm one of these people who struggles to recover from deadlifts.

Tom- I workout at stupid-dark thirty in my garage, which is directly under my toddler's bedroom. I figure squats are quieter than deads.
Operator is only supposed to be three exercises, anyway, as I re-discovered during another reading of TB.

I'm also trying to crank up my LSS running, so I was starting to feel like squats, deads and a lot of running was getting to be a bit much.

If you're doing squats, upper body lifting and TB style conditioning, I think you'll be ok. And, you can always come back to deads later, right?

Ran today, 4.15 miles, 37 minutes.

Operator week 3/day 1

Pull-ups
3 x 3 x BW (220) +15 lbs ===> felt good!

OHP
3x3x140lbs

Squat
3x3x240lbs

Ok, in the words of Eminem; Back to the Lab Again.

Running Hal Higdon's five-days-of-running-per-week plus operator isn't going to work. I just don't have the time and I hate running and lifting on the same day.

I'm dropping to Hal's three day per week plan for half marathons, plus operator. I may throw an SE session in there at the end of one of my operator sessions as "cross training".

That means I have until Friday night to get the following done;
4 mile run (complete)
6 mile run
3 mile run
Operator session (complete)
Operator session
Operator session
SE session (optional)

P.s., I liked the black and red color scheme for the website, what happened?

6 miles on the treadmill. 1% grade. Not sure how long it took because the machine shut off at 45 min and I had to restart it. Ran at 9:30 min miles for most of it, picked it up in the last 1.5 miles to about 9:00 min miles. Felt great!!!!
