Neurotransmitter Profile and training

Post by Barkadion »

Just came across this information. There is a theory out-there saying that greatest determining factor of an athlete’s physiology is their Neurotransmitter Profile. They say that:
- Dopamine dominant athletes respond best to intensity
- Acetyl Choline dominant athletes respond best to variety
- Those with a balanced Neurotransmitter Profile respond best to volume

Test itself:

Good article that explains it a bit:
https://www.cleanhealth.com.au/5-things ... n-seminar/

I find it interesting. Haven't taken the test myself, though..

I would take anything Braverman says with a massive grain of salt....he oversimplifies neurotransmitters to a point verging on quackery.
