I find the instructions on following the breath while doing walking meditation is very helpful in this book. Walking meditation can be very powerful tool in our daily life. Personally, I try to do it even while walking from my car to work for instance. Few min of walking and breathing can change the whole day..

Thanks for the tip Barkadion! I personally find being present a huge factor in almost everything I do; whether it's connecting with a friend, chatting with a cashier or just enjoying what could otherwise be a painfully slow LSS endurance session. Awesome booster of life quality.
