Just came across this information. There is a theory out-there saying that greatest determining factor of an athlete’s physiology is their Neurotransmitter Profile. They say that:
- Dopamine dominant athletes respond best to intensity
- Acetyl Choline dominant athletes respond best to variety
- Those with a balanced Neurotransmitter Profile respond best to volume

I find it interesting. Haven't taken the test myself, though..
I would take anything Braverman says with a massive grain of salt....he oversimplifies neurotransmitters to a point verging on quackery.
