Taoist Meditation practices

Very interesting. Covers sitting on the chair and lying down meditation techniques. Website owner also makes custom meditation chairs based on personal body alignments and measurements. He is long time Aikido and Qigong practitioner.

The Tao of Sex Health and Longevity- is a book I find myself returning back to a few times a year. Well worth the price. Great info in there on a variety of topics, I really like the holistic approaches towards certain "illness" etc. The diet stuff is pretty crazy too. It's a little kooky, as is all eastern med when taken in by a western mind, but the author does a great job of "translating" it to western.

I’m getting into medical qigong now. Powerful stuff. No kidding.
