Note: mobility mainly today. Going to run OP/IA Grunt Cluster with OA DB Bent over rows in place of WPU, have had a slight issue with my forearm which is nearly back to 100%, but WPU will set it off, rows have been working fairly well so I’ll stick with them, plus they’re a fun lift.
