Recovery day
30 Min LSS walk only.
I took it easy today as yesterday was my first 90 min run for a long time. My HRV app is telling me I can train intensely, but I think I will take it easy and fight another day.
I haven't done any BJJ this week due to nightshift which would explain the high HRV value even with minimal sleep most days.

I will probably do some testing in the coming days for a new cluster to start in the new year. The plan is to continue with fighter and green for the forseeable future before adding some upper body mass in the coming months.

I will be using lunges, 1 arm kettlebell presses to mix things up and staying with the weighted pull-ups. The goal is to make it to bjj 2x a week and continue building my endurance base. Strength training is taking a back seat while I continue to work on my running.

30+ degrees here today. It was a very hot day for a run so kept it light. My Harv app also told me to take it easy. Diet and alcohol consumption has been a bit lenient over this Xmas period. I will slowly start adjusting things back in the coming days.
