Well this passed week signified the end of my base building block. I was going to make up for a missed day yesterday but got really sick for some reason. Whatever it was, knocked me off my feet. Going to take time to get better before I re-test my 1 rep maxes for my next Operator block. Hopefully in the next day or two. I hardly get sick but when I do, its rough. Will be back here soon, none the less.

Did a LSS run for about 25 minutes last night to finish up Base Building which feels great. It feels great to have to finish that up.
Tonight I tested my 1 Rep Maxes for my upcoming Operator I/A block, as follows:
Bench Press-170lbs
Overhead Press-105lbs
Squat-200lbs
Deadlift-205lbs
These were all based off of 3-4 reps and then I plugged em into an online calculator. My plan for Operator is the ABA that discussed at the of TB2 for Operator IA. I feel that this is an effective way to hit all of my lifts but I can prioritize on which ones I want to hit twice a week while paying attention to two lifts that I will hit once a week.
For an example: A 12 block would be
Workout A- Bench and Squat
Workout B- OHP and Deadlift
Workout A- Bench and Squat
Lastly, I am choosing I/A to help spread my conditioning as well as BJJ/Muay Thai. I just feel it would be the best fit for me as it allows me to space my conditioning sessions out.
I am looking forward to starting this.
