PFT Simulacrum:
10 pull ups (Prior was 9-10, this time was a bit easier)
1km run: 4:23s (Prior was 4:07s) Goal is 3:20.
I don't know why I was so slow on the km, I was improving a lot on the 200m, 5km, and the 60m trainings... but I'll keep training.
I'm gonna switch 200m with 600m resets, and I'll keep 5km and 60m days, let's see if that works better.
I rested from sunday to thursday, total rest, and I feel reaaally tired, more than in sunday, makes no sense.
I was about to text my max rm today, but I think will be smarter to rest today, test it tomorrow saturday, then start new block on monday.




Current weight 78.700kg, for 187cm, prior was 80.600kg (I weight myself at the start of each block) I don't like to weight under 85kg, but if that helps me with the PFT, I don't worry.
