I am still continuing with my LSS run for another 3-4 weeks. I have swapped from S&S to Operator I/A to finish off the basebuild. I am in the process of moving house and will swap to Operator and Black professional once the move is done. Soon I will have the perfect hill right outside my door for off road apex hills and other fun HIC options.

Once the rib heals I will continue bjj 2-3 x a week.

Bjj gym is closed due to corona virus here in Australia so TB,yoga and conditioning is the plan for the next couple weeks. I’ll be studying vids etc to get some form of mat time.

I recently moved to a new house out in a state forest area so have been unable to train regularly. Today was my first trail run out in the state forest. I enjoyed it much more than my usual road run especially with current social distancing here in Australia. Luckily i have a decent home gym and an area to run so my trainng won"t be changed due to Covid 19.
