I have either developed the ability to run above threshold pace and pass the talk test or my GPS watch is finally cracked it. Either way it still feels easily manageable so I will keep running at the current pace.
I might hit my 3x50 next week as I have some days off after nightshift and I will continue to do some LSS with my Strength sessions. It's been a pretty productive base build so far even with some shoulder issues and semi regular BJJ.

I moved things forward by a week just due to time and wanting to hit up more BJJ and MMA sessions in the coming weeks.
Overall this 3x50 felt pretty good, but I broke it up into manageable chunks. No LSS due to weather and time. I might run to the gym tomorrow and go for a swim to mix things up for tomorrow. Otherwise just a nice easy LSS to finish this base build off before heading back to continuation.
I am looking forward to a return to some weights and running fighter. I am thinking this will be my continuation after the next couple weeks regardless. I want to spend more time on conditioning and BJJ training for the future.

Lead leg clash, Power hand opposite collar. Drop to knees and come up on front leg.
3x5 mins rolling from standing
BJJ Evening No gi
Arm drag to Single leg.
Lead leg clash, Same side wrist grip, tricep grip and head to upper arm, push into and catch the leg with head in sternum.
heel grip to lift the leg if they turn to run.
Specific drilling from standing in on single leg.
