I definitely think you are on the right track above. It's giving me some good ideas.”

Yea, I’ve noticed that as a bit of a theme between you, me and bark lol. I think for us two it’s definitely a seasonal thing when it comes to base building.

Man I’m happy to assist where possible.

Can definitely say I’m enjoying revisiting Ross’s work right now. How are you finding it so far?
I was going to say Bark usually ends up in the same spot also and he even made it across to GGA, which I have followed before.

I am just going to cruise my way through to sample program with changes as need for now, whilst I work out some fitness goals.
It's good just to train hard again and have some variety.

Thanks mate.

It's definitely a reoccurring theme when I do get the chance to check both your logs haha.

I have been recovering from an extended cold but it was good to get some intervals in. I will be just ticking sessions off as I can whilst I recover. It's been good just playing around with these sessions as I think I have some great ideas how to structure my training from here on out around work and BJJ.

I remember when Bark took the GGA detour, it didn’t look too bad at all when I dug into it further.

x2 on the variety, have been enjoying the dumbbell work in particular.

I enjoyed the 12 week block of GGA but I didn't like the Meet yourself Saturdays. The sessions were fine, but you need a bit of equipment to not just end up running all the time.I still listen to their podcast occasionally.

I have only been using Ross's sessions 2x a week currently due to training and work. Still watching my resting HR drop back into the 40s after being stuck at 50 for ages. All while hitting 5 BJJ/Muay thai sessions a week.
