Note: good start to the day, last HIC for bb. I might not be able to get the LSS in for the last session tomorrow as I’ll be moving house over the next couple of days, will see how I go. If I don’t, it’ll be straight on to a Deload/back off week, then on to OP DUP run like OP/IA with a conservative T max to ease into things.
