Shrimp squat, 5x5 x 22 kg
Bench, 5x5 x 95 kg
Pullups, 5x5 x 10 kg
Every set today felt lighter than last weeks lifts at 75%! Felt like I was flying up during the pullups, and the bench press was smooth, painfree, and some of the reps, randomly spread, felt like nothing. Great!

HIC, Resets on rower
1:30 min row/4 min rest, 5 rounds. On round 2 or 3 I saw that the pace was down to 1:33 min/500 m for a short wile It’s been many years since the last time I saw that number, feels good!

Shrimp squat, 5x5 x 2 x 11 kg dumbbells
Bench press, 5x5 x 95 kg

Re: Pr3inar’s Log
Just curious, mate.. your shrimp squat is more like skater squat, or you actually holding your free leg by foot?Pr3inar wrote:MS, 80%

Re: Pr3inar’s Log
It’s a rear lunge, with the back foot lifted from the ground through the whole rep. Stand upright, lift up the left foot like a heel kick, keep it there while I lower myself down until the left knee hits the ground, then back up again.

As far as I know, yes. But it doesn’t matter- still one of the greatest unilaterals. Cheers.Pr3inar wrote:It’s a rear lunge, with the back foot lifted from the ground through the whole rep. Was stuck at home with sick kids, so had to get in some conditioning while they was eating and watching cartoons..
Minute drill a la Ross Enamait
1a: Burpees x 30 sek
1b: jumping jacks x 30 sek
1c: split jumps x 30 sek
1d: burpees x 30 sek
1e: jumping jacks x 30 sek
1d: mountain climbers x 30 sek
30 sek rest, then start over, 5 rounds in total.
Minimum; 10 burpees, 30 jumping jacks, 30 split jumps and 25/25 mountain climbers pr 30 sek.
Havent done this since some weeks bedore starting base building, and then I used 1 minute rest. Did more reps pr exercise today, and managed to push more. Good workout, considering the circumstances
