Black 1-Week-6-Day 6:
From Friday...
Last night, I saw one of my favorite bands play, Face to Face. Due to leaving to go into the city at work, I didn't have time to get my "traditional" E session in. Instead, I got my E on in the mosh pit for over an hour. Plenty of running around and such! Also, there was a fast paced mile walk from the MBTA (subway) station to get to the venue. Gotta get it in somehow!
From Friday...

Got a nice little 3 Mile E session/hike in today at a local state park. Got to sit by the water on rocks for a bit and then embarked farther in with a friend.
Note to self: Don't wear jeans, and adidas on this trek next time. That was brutal as we just hit the 90 degree mark!

Block 1-Week 7-Day 4:
No Gi BJJ and Muay Thai for conditioning.
Block 1-Week 7-Day 3:
Recovery today. Was going to hit the weights but wasn't feeling it, especially after a double session last night in class. I have an LSS tomorrow. Next week is week 8 and I am planning another block, so that will wrap up base building.

Nothing like hill sprints and KB swings to burn off some steam/energy and a bunch of sushi I ate earlier!
Apex Hills-6 rounds-16KG (35lbs) Kettlebell. I forgot how damn good this session is. Going to add it into my continuation.
Off-Had to meet other commitments.
