Testing
1 Leg deadlift 28kg KB x5 reps ea side
Ring rows BW x10
Ring dips BW x15
This was the second lot of testing for my next cluster. Overall I am pretty happy with the results. The original plan was to also test some runs times but I am currently waiting on test results RE:COVID after being a close contact at work. No major issues and I feel fine at this stage. We will see how things progress but I will probably give it a couple days and see what I am able to test in the coming days.
I will work out some some numbers for my upcoming weeks of training over the next couple days. Plenty of yoga will be on the cards over the coming days.
