Hello! I passed all the test here in my country (Spain) to join the army.
We'll start on 8th January.
I thought to keep Green protocol till 1 January, then rest 1 week, for coming there as fresh as possible, would you do that? or better to rest somewhat like 24-31 dec and then train (not so hard) till 8 january?
I'm doing a standard green protocol with bangkok fighter (pull ups+ohp+squats)

I frankly don’t think it makes a huge difference between your 2 proposed choices unless you are really beating yourself up with your training, which I doubt. U will do enough running and stuff in basic training (i am assuming it’s that) so I might lighten up on that....and get used to pushups!
