SE variability?

Post by C.B. »

Searched, but didn’t readily see the answer. If during the continuation protocols for strength the cluster remains the same and you do the same thing for the block (ie BP, SQ, WPU), does that apply to SE clusters too?

I am on week 1 of BB, so my second session of SE is coming up. Do i do the same thing as Day 1? Same for the rest?

Thanks.

I f you mean same exercises then yes.

You pick a number of exercises and go from 3 sets of 20 through to 3 sets of 50.

You don't change exercises until you finish that full block.

Right.

I went with a bodyweight cluster. So that’s the only SE block i do for 5 weeks, right?

Yeah. Whatever cluster you choose you work on improving the reps of the base building period.

I will assume you own the books and can read the template laid out? Just follow that mate.
Just follow that template using your chosen cluster.

Good luck mate and enjoy.

Have the books and understand the template. I will keep them the same until done with BB then.

Thanks!
