I focus on pulling the bar up with my upper arms rather than holding it with my fingers, like my hands are just hooks at the end of my arms. Just a mental thing but it works. I also use a thumbless grip (my thumbs are alongside my forefingers) and a mixed grip.Likes wrote:Squat 3sets@130
