4 weeks into Bb did a run today 40 min for first time without knee pain. I realy enjoyed my runs early morning in the forest.
My E workouts have been a mix of runing and rucking. My Se workouts have been a mix of kb and bw done high reps and timed reps.
Looking forward to some lifting in Week 6.
