KB says on the Tactical Barbell forums that an option for OMS in Mass protocol is to run Mass protocol conditioning sessions during the Operator block of OMS when mass is a priority.
My question is, which Mass Protocol conditioning sessions should be used alongside operator in OMS, black or Green? Thank you

Re: Mass Protocol conditioning sessions when using OMS
Why not both? Activities from "Green" are similar to E sessions while those from "Black" are similar to HIC. So if you're running black do something from Green on your E day and use something from Black on most of the days when doing HIC.
If you are LEO or military I'd suggest doing something from TB2 conditioning but it's up to you and depends on your schedule and goals. For me, running MASS during the winter makes perfect sense especially since the easier run sessions associated will be a lot easier to complete and my chances of getting into a foot pursuit during the colder months are a lot lower too
