Thank you! I'll watch the video. But it does sound reasonable. FS/DL is a very nice combo. I did Dips/Chins combo as a teenager a lot.

Bark, I used to do weighted dips, even in pretty minimalist routines, all pre-TB. I think that if your setup and form don't aggravate your shoulder, they would be OK if a couple of other things were done. I'd be wary of the very low rep sets, and you'd really need to be good about only doing crisp reps. Also it would probably be a good idea to do some testing first and put a block underneath so you know when your depth is right. This would help to standardize the reps and also give you some protection from over stretching the shoulders.

Thanks TBPenguin! Appreciate the suggestions. I think I'll use a wood box under the dip bars. The goal is not to go below parallel. Using TM as RM should help as well..
