TB Fighter Week 1
General be warmup
Back squat x8 60kg
Ring dip x8 BW
Pullup x5 BW
X 3 rounds
Lower body focused stretching
I had to take last week off any lifting due to some back and hip problems. I decided to restart my cycle and switch to fighter with lighter weights. I started with 3x8 for squats and dips to compensate for using such a low percentage. I will be keeping the weights low and using a higher rep scene than traditional operator.
My back held up well so far. I have some tome off work so will try and get more conditioning in as well as bjj. I am still having no luck with the plantar fascia issues and might have to see a decent physio if I want to run again.

Full recovery day
Yoga for exhausted day 1
I was feeling a bit rough after two bjj sessions yesterday so recovery is the aim of today. I think that will become the permanent plan on Wednesday.
The plan is bjj tomorrow, but I think it will only be the one midday session. I will try and get another strength training in tomorrow evening if I only do Bjj once.
