OHP - 6x5 @ 43.2 kg
Barbell row - 5x5 @ 61 kg
DL - 1x5 @ 124.4 kg
Core circuit - Inchworm x 5, Ab roller x 5, Hanging leg raise x 6, RKC plank - 10 seconds on / 15 seconds off x 5
I'm not as strong as some of you guys, but I'll happily report that DL today was a 5-rep PR for me (and an E1RM).

Thanks. I've been slowly, linearly progressing deadlifts and doing 1 set every strength session. After hitting that 5-rep PR, I wasn't feeling DLs today so I scratched them. I'll probably go back to a percentage based approach now that I have hit a new E1RM and keep doing 1 set/strength session but at TB percentages.godjira1 wrote:Congratulations on the PR!

Jump rope / burpee workout
AMRAP in 20 minutes
10 to 1 burpees / 90 jumps in between
Start over at the beginning if time remains.
I got in 89 burpees.

So last week I started a new Op I/A - Zulu hybrid, and I'm actually going to switch to a straight-up Op I/A cycle. I've run that hybrid before with good results, but BP is killing my shoulder lately for some reason. So I'll be using an OHP/SQ/WPU+1 DL set cluster. That last 5-rep pr on DL last week wiped me out for a couple of days so I have now moved DL back to percentage-based work after progressing it linearly for awhile. I'll still be running an 8-day week as 3-on 1-off with 3 MS days, 2 HIC days, and 1 E day every 8 days.
