Yesterday - Rest day

Today - 1 round of HIC #12. Speed-Endurance Ladders. It's an easy week so I just did some OS Resets, only one ladder of this workout, and then some light stretching.

KB swings - 60, 25, 15 @ 18 kg

I just finished 2 3-week cycles of a Grey Man-ish template and loved it. I'm going to move to a Zulu-ish template for 3-6 weeks and experiment with the idea of 6 weeks GM / 6 weeks Zulu.
