Re: Pr3inar’s Log
20/8-20 - E, LSS
6,4 km trail run
After 2 km I noticed that I could easily have gone for a PR on the 3.2 km mark, but held back since it was a LSS eun. Looking forward to some faster runs, so I can crush that PR

Looking forward to start to lift again next week!
Due to a recent flare-up, I started to make a plan B in case everything gets shut down again: buy a Power tower/chin and dip station I can have in the car port, and do weighted dips and pull ups if/when everything goes to hell again!

Re: Pr3inar’s Log
BW before week one: 97 kg
BW after 5 weeks: 91.5 kg
Heartrate while sitting in the squad car: 51 strokes pr minute, so I’m safely assuming it is in the 40’s if I’m measuring in the morning (I use a electronic measuring device we keep in the car)
Happy so far!

5k trail run - 28:45 min.
Felt stiff and awkward today. Yesterdays brisket-and-beer cheat meal could have something to do with it. Increased the speed the last kilometer, couldn’t help myself

Re: Pr3inar’s Log
Went on the scale this morning, reached my match weight on 90 kg. Down at least 1 kg a week during the first 5 weeks of basebuilding, and I didn’t even try, I just cleaned the fridge and planned meals ahead.
On one side, I’m considering going down to 85 kg, and then slowly add weight (muscle). But I have a fear of getting lighter than 90 kg, haven’t been that light since 2010, and I just feel small when I’m that light.. On the other hand, the bf% isn’t quite where I want it.. so I don’t know, I will continue eating 2500 kcal a day, 200 gr prot, 300 gr karb and fat from the regular meals and peanut butter, and see where I end up, adjusting as I see fit. And tru to forget the scale dor a while
