4x4x117.5kg

1x2x150kg
1x9x117.5kg technique was starting to suffer so capped it

WPU +45kg 4x2
All reps felt smooth. Weights were close to PR's but I'm atleast 7kg lower in BW

Squat 2/2/1 x 145kg something felt strange in my right quad so I skipped the last set
Bench 4x2x95kg
WPU +45kg 4x2

Thur - HIC
600m resets x2

My legs weren't ok with this.

Fri - Strength
Sq Started to warm-up but my left knee hurt and kept hurting so no work-sets
Bench 4x2x95kg I was very tempted to rep the last set out

Starting a new cycle on monday. I'll be forcing progression then after that cycle I'm considering running building the monolith to end my bulk with

WPU +25kg 5/5/6/4/5 probably messed up the progression

Tues - HIC
Devil's trinity
jump rope/ 24kg kb swings / burpees x5 rounds

Getting better at this but it remains brutal. Got 30 (or more) reps on the swings each round and 20 (or more) on the burpees
