My 6 weeks summer customized Mass BB is done. I really love this one! It was short steady pleasant block. It was strange for me as I did almost all my LSS sessions inside. The weather has been brutal. Always ~ 90-ish, very humid with constant rains and thunderstorms. It is what it is I guess..

I am taking few days off and planning on doing something not quite typical for me. I am about to enter MASS TB universe without having MASS goals.. Sounds unorthodox but.. you know.. I will keep it simple. I am thinking Fighter HT or GM with 80% TM for now. I will add couple of BW finishers. I will see how it is going to feel and I will decide what to do next. Here are possible options: few more blocks of the same template, Specificity block, or… I don’t know yet..

To be continued..
Cheers!

Block#46, Fighter HT

Week#1, Monday, AM

Lifts, 60%
OHP - 5x8
FS - 5x8

Finisher, BW
Rings Inverted Rows - 3xAMAP

Notes
* Decided to go with Fighter HT using humble 80%TM.
**First session was good but my body is confused. I haven't done this type of training for a while.
***Will be going with bare minimum for the green condition sessions for the first cycle.
****No changes in the diet as I am not after gaining muscles.
