Going away on vacation tomorrow, took some test lifts beforehand sonce I’m going to take a few weeks off lifting now. I don’t take these maxes too seriously, since I only had one rest day since my last strength workout..

3: Pullups: 19 reps, supinated grip
New PR on bulgarian split squat and pull up. Same bench now as december 2020. Considering there was no tapering, and that I have upped my running this spring and I’m currently at my all time best conditioning wise, I’m very pleased with these results!

Got my covid shot today, and the doctor told me to take a few days off training
They are starting up BJJ for beginners next week, and I have been waiting for this for 2 years. So next week I will join, and I’m looking forward to it!
