Just curious to see if anyone here has run OMS as written, with specificity Alpha that also does other sports on the side, and if so, how did you find it?
I’m currently running mass (Fighter HT) and so far enjoying it (the volume of the training, and the calories). I’m curious to trial specificity Alpha after I’ve run HT for six weeks (at week 3 now), but I am a bit unsure how it would effect other areas upon return to say OP or OP/IA with longer duration HICs and sport training, albeit for 3-6 weeks.
