Block#48, GM

Week#1, Saturday AM

Main Lifts, 70%
Floor Press - 4x8
TPDL - 4x8

S2, 55%
OA KB Rows - 3x12
DB Side Lateral Raise - 3x12

Notes
*I have struggled today with the last reps of main lifts. I had to cit short S exercises dropping last set. Felt weak overall. I think I had to let myself couple more days to recover from the sickness. My diet went south as well as my sleep. Well.. you know.

No updates from me for a while. Unfortunately, still recovering from series of viral and allergic spikes.. Had to stop any training for the time being. It’s rather unusually long this year for me and it brought me to quite weak state.. I think I will need to go through minimal recovery BB cycle before restarting usual training. Hopefully, starting next week.

Block#49

Week#1, Monday AM

Recovery Block, BW
Push-ups
Ring inverted rows
Walking lunges
Plank
x3

Notes
*It turned out I was fighting Covid and I realized that a little late in the game. I am tested negative finally. Ouch.
**I still feel weak but I know that I need to get back to moving and training.
***Starting with recovery block somewhat similar to BB structure. Very basic BW movements and some recovery LSS. I have neither sets/reps goals, no particular numbers for weight to lift. Just starting very easy trying to regain basic body mechanics and muscle strength.
****Honestly, I feel like baby who is learning to walk.

Covid sucks. No kidding.
