Well, to be honest I don't follow the %es super strictly for each week's numbers. I check the math and pick a weight that will feel right for that week's plan and relative difficulty.

My maxes are roughly:
Back squat, 455 (tho I'm too old to max out on this one, lol)
Conventional stance deadlift, 565
Flat bench, 345
OHP, maybe 215
WPU, bodyweight of 240 plus 90 or a bit more
Front squat, 315

I just checked the math on what I'm using each week for Grey Man for a few things. Week 1 bench, I'm using 225 so about 65%. But for front squat that week I'm using 135 so 42%. But then for deadlift in week 3 I'll actually 87%, I just discovered, ha ha, and for back squat it's right at 85%. So it would seem that at some point I let myself start playing around on the heavy week!

I also don't worry too much about the rest limitations on the S work on Grey Man, letting myself go over the time if I need, although I move pretty fast on the main lifts. Something else I do, every GM session that I don't do deadlifts I do grip work, and it's done wonders for my deadlifting and pull-ups. I don't use any grip assistance for that deadlifting, no belt either.

I guess I should have said, "I take the Grey Man plan and adapt to my own selfish ends and then stumble my way through the TB2 HICs along with it."

I see.. Thank you, VC! I remember keeping 80% TM my first time around with MASS. Sounds about right.. Well I have another week to get fat and lazy.. Will see what happens next.. Cheers!
